Melbourne, 1 October 2026 — Invenio and Simuserv have completed their merger, effective 30 September 2026. From today, both businesses and their current entities and subsidiaries will operate together as Invenio Simuserv Group across Australia and New Zealand.

The combination brings together Invenio’s more than 35 years of experience supporting engineering, manufacturing and technology customers with Simuserv’s more than 24 years of specialist expertise in simulation and engineering analysis. It creates a broader platform for growth while preserving the customer relationships and technical knowledge built by both businesses.

Invenio Simuserv Group will offer customers access to a larger team and a wider range of capabilities across engineering software, design, simulation, product lifecycle management, technical consulting, training and support. Its offering also includes specialist recruitment, contractor management and purchased services, alongside additive manufacturing and 3D scanning.

For customers, the combined capability means more ways to connect design, simulation, manufacturing and specialist resourcing within a single organisation. The Group will have greater capacity to support complex projects and customers operating across multiple locations, backed by local teams throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Ivan Meisel will become Chair of Invenio Simuserv Group, and Gerd Diegelmann will become CEO.

All existing Invenio and Simuserv staff will be retained, and the Group expects its growth plans to create a need for additional people over time.
