Partnering with Invenio allows you to access the best talent from overseas for up to four years, allowing a nominated foreign worker to be an integral part of your key projects. Under a contract between Invenio, your organisation and the nominated TSS subclass-482 visa holder, Invenio sponsors and on-hires foreign workers to your company, allowing you to bypass the need to sponsor the worker directly.

As a foreign job seeker, the right employment opportunity that values your technical skills can be difficult to find. Invenio has more than 30 years’ experience helping workers secure employment with some of the largest OEMs in Australian industry and can sponsor and on-hire foreign skilled workers under the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) subclass-482 visa.

Replacing the 457 visa in 2018, the TSS subclass-482 visa allows skilled workers nominated to work in a specific role to remain in Australia for up to four years, with a contract established between Invenio, the TSS visa holder and third-party organisation at which the worker will be contracted.

Workers will be paid an annual salary by Invenio and have the opportunity to work on key projects at their respective organisations while under the care of Invenio’s highly regarded contractor management services.
